Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process. 

Hi, I’m Hershey — a lovely senior girl with a silky black coat and a heart that still has so much love to give. At 16 years old, I’ve mastered the art of companionship. My favorite place is right beside my people, soaking up gentle pets while keeping you company through quiet evenings, movie nights, or dinner with friends.

Speaking of friends, I’m quite the social butterfly. When visitors come over, I happily greet everyone and make myself part of the gathering. I don’t hide away — I truly enjoy being around people and sharing my sweet, calm personality.

I’ve lived with other pets and generally keep to myself, though I sometimes like my space respected. Because of that, I may do best as your one-and-only furry companion or in a calm home with very careful introductions.

What I really dream about is a peaceful home where I can spend my golden years feeling safe, loved, and included in your daily life. I may be a senior, but my heart is full, my purr is steady, and I still have so much affection left to share.
