Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.

Skippy is a high energy kitten who was part of a TNR efforts from his foster mom. He was not intended to be put up for adoption. Foster mom was going to release him after getting him neutered and vaccinated back to his colony. Day 3 he allowed foster mom to pet him and she decided to give him a chance to reabilitate him so he could go for adoption.

Today Skippy is a character, a loving kitten that love to play HARD. He is crazy about dogs that will play with him for hours. He also love other cats. Even that he is full of crazy energy he knows his limits when other animals will warn him about not wanting to play. He will pull back and go about other things around the house.

Foster mom named him Skippy because he is a little peanut, he only gained 3 lbs from the day that he visited the vet. Current weight is 9 lbs. That may sound like a lot but he is just a tiny big bone feline.

Foster mom rescued him right before winter weather arrive to Florida. He follows her around and even waits for her at bedrooms doors when doors are closed to keep him from wondering around and getting in to trouble.

He trust forster mom blind, and even that he is so outgoing with cats and dogs he is extremely cuatious whith human stragers. Once he feels save with you he will love you just the same way.

NOTE: Allow your new kitty to adjust to their new home. SOme cats may adjust in a few hours and others may take few days and even longer. A new environment can be very stressfull to some cats more than others.
