Contact Lucy H.'s Caretaker/Foster Directly: Carol (kittiemam@aol.com) Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.
After hearing Lucy's sad story, won't you open your heart to her? Given up by owners with 3 babies, Lucy had one eye removed when she was a kitten, injured in a welding shop. When she was spayed, she also had surgery on her other eyelid as it curled into her eye, causing it to run. She does have vision, but not sure how much. She is very sweet and loves to be petted, but gets nervous when picked up. She would do well as an only cat in an adult home with someone who is home more than away. Once she trusts you, she will open up her purr machine for you. Please contact her foster mommy at kittiemam@aol.com or come to Petco on the weekend.
