Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.

So what's a dog doing in a cat rescue organization? Ariel needs a home, too, and we know that cat lovers know puppy lovers. Ariel is a very sweet puppy who was rescued from the shelter. Due to additional work responsibilities (and hours), no one is home to give her attention that she needs. She loves kittens, cats and other dogs and rarely barks, except if she has to go out. There is a home inspection. Ariel is spayed, heartworm tested and negative, has had all of her shots and is microchipped, but not registered. Please save her from going back to the shelter because she really is a nice dog, for a dog. Australian Cattle Dogs are not year-round shedders, instead they "blow" their coat once a year (sometimes twice in the case of intact females) just before the summer months. While the week or two an ACD is blowing his or her coat can lead to hair everywhere, many people find it preferable to constant shedding.
