Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process. 

Silk was poisoned by her previous guardian, who sprayed her with Raid to kill fleas and nearly killed her instead.  She is healthy now but quite shy.  She will lay next to you quietly, she gives kisses but she needs someone with patience to understand she was traumatized.  When scared sometimes she gets growly but never extends her claws.  She spent two weeks with a foster family and got along great with their children, dog and would have been fine with the family cat but the family cat hated her (no wonder, she's gorgeous!) so she will be seen at the PetSmart in Winter Garden Fowler Groves the weekend of October 16 and will be there for the week.  Please don't make her stay there, she deserves a new home and family.
